gutterfoot seems to know their way around the community, maybe promote to Community Manager? I mean TNT **desperately** needs someone to talk with the userbase and they seem to get us. Between admitting they got got by the board filters and openly saying that TNT fucked up, I trust them a smidge more then others.

Pipedream maybe this'll also get a dialogue going on the stupid filters on the boards since staff are getting got by them too?

Pretty sure gutterfoot is a dev, though. Just knows her way around from being a user for years, too. Would be shitty to have a job switch like that, but they definitely really could benefit from having community managers or brand people who actually... not only know neopets in a broad sense, but what they're doing. I can't tell if JS is just really strapped for resources right now or if they just don't care.

I've had a few warnings over the years. Pretty sure they come with a big ! exclamation mark where the neomail icon usually is in the top left corner. Still, it's always weird seeing random mail from tnt
