Correct me if I'm wrong, but in all my years of playing, I have never received a personalized NM from TNT apologizing for a mistake they made. Does that mean that the anger of the players has had a real impact? Glad they decided to give their player base an open chat for these issues, maybe it's time for them to finally realize that there aren't that many kids still playing this game and real adults will cancel premium membership if they're not pleased

P.S: I had a little chill when I saw that NM out of the blue, I thought I got a warning or something

She's a straight shooter and it's really refreshing to see "oops we fucked up" here and in her NT ed note. I would much rather get updates from gutterfoot than Scrappy or Jade's waffley cover-your-ass nonsense

I've had a few warnings over the years. Pretty sure they come with a big ! exclamation mark where the neomail icon usually is in the top left corner. Still, it's always weird seeing random mail from tnt
