You can log on to the portal and cancel it even through your account is frozen. I also went on paypal and took Neopets off my list of companies allowed to charge my account.

There are also services like Privacy so you can use generated credit card numbers that are linked to your real card/account and limit how much they can be charged.

This is NUTS. I haven�t had premium since the mid-aughts because I can�t justify giving TNT my money, but I�ve had issues of getting double-charged on one of the only NC transactions I made years ago. PayPal linked to a credit card, so no issues but I just showed PayPal my receipt and they refunded me without questions. It didn�t even occur to me to submit a ticket through TNT because *wavy arm motions towards this crap sack*

tbh if you get frozen and don’t care about getting ur acc back just file chargebacks as a final fuck you.
filed a chargeback for neo cash and premium in the past, since they never respond to their disputes paypal will rule in ur favor lol.

I have had this issue with a frozen account TWICE, obviously two different accounts in the past. Both had premium at the time of freezing, grant it the freezing of the accounts was on me but they should do something about this. They would not refund the money for this. The plan was for 4 months at a time.
