I'd rather post on Highway to Help because Ferret personally assigns tickets and frequently posts. I'm not sure who handles their social media or how organized they are but I can imagine their inbox being constantly full of tickets.

It honestly sucks because once you submit a ticket you usually have to wait a few weeks before anybody gets to you (if they even get to you t all). You shouldn't have to submit a ticket and then pester them on the board/offsite to look at it. But that's the only way to do it....

Just get a single working support system and enough manpower to handle it without making people wait weeks, months, or years for an answer without begging you for updates by harassing you with ticket numbers. It's not that complicated, Jumpstart.

Children are pardoned in (almost) every country even when they commit a crime and they aren't sentenced to jail but here on an online pet site it's like "omg wtf did you just make 2 accounts and click for trudy??? that extra 4500nps you earned is just incorrigible! FROZEN"

Personally, no child has the fucking intelligence nor the patience to go and read through your 101 rules + another 101 unspoken rules. Wouldn't even need a support system if they weren't so trigger happy and the community wasn't so toxic in the first place.

I don't think most children-players care about the neopets economy lol.

Well usually not the replies in 24 hours, but within a week. Keep bugging them. Granted 95% of the time the replies aren't what I'm hoping for haha

This was 5+ years ago, so take it with a grain of salt, but I sent a facebook message about an unassigned ticket and they got back to me within two days saying it'd been assigned. I was messaging on behalf of somebody who didn't have a facebook, so I can't check how long it took for resolution, but I know it happened within about a month.
