Ouhg... I got hit with the bug too, I accepted the grant but it isn't showing up on my account. Tried buying an extra pet slot and it told me I don't have the neocash in my account. I hope it's verified I got it and just taking time to hit my account like everyone else. I'd be bummed if it expires because I hit rollover before it's in my account...

I clicked my notification on the top left and it disappeared on both main and side. Is that a bug? Or is the NC delayed. Really wanted to get some cookies haha

Edit: My NC just arrived! Looks like its super super delayed.

The notification itself is glitched I think. I had to go to the older layout pages (your shop) to even be able to access the notification.

Does anyone know if you can "gift" the extra pet slot or will it redeem as soon as I buy it on whatever account i'm on?

Immediately redeems on your account. There's no way to gift it currently.

I REALLY wish they were giftable. I guess a way around it would be to give the person a NC card code, but it's just not the same!
