You should still get the avatar. As long as you completed 15 days of either AAA or Abigail, you qualify for it.

You do not have to beat AAA 15 or more times. You should be able to get the avatar even if you got Bronze, if SN is still correct. It could be a problem with rewarding it. @(you need an account to see links) said that other users were having trouble getting it, so that could be the case for you, too.
