It might not be helpful, but the best thing I can say is to avoid "dieting" and the "health market." A lifestyle change slowly over time will do you better than just trying to shed pounds just to always have the yo-yo effect for years to come, especially if hunger/energy are already your issues. If the time will pass either way, it might as well be spent improving in some way.
In my opinion, especially with hunger, having a lot of options for snacking/grazing and addressing the feeling but with lower calorie versions of things, and trying to incorporate foods to have in-between less healthy snacks (like drinking water between alcoholic drinks) is a great place to start and work on. Reduced fat dairy options are good to not lose the taste but reduce calories, and there's breads and pastas that are lower in calories as well. Idk about you but I just never cook, so I look for pouch/can/frozen/etc. things that are high in protein and carbs while still being moderate in calories for full meals.
And staying hydrated... of course, hehe.
As far as exercise goes, the thing that helped me in the past was just knowing different bodies have different capabilities and doing something is always better than nothing, even if it's stretching to maintain flexibility and nothing else.
These were things I kept in mind back when I was actually healthy before I let myself go by choosing a different lifestyle that Was Not It.
I wish you the best and hope you can get more information and help!
Edit: I just noticed you have Glitter & Gold on your bar. Immaculate choice.
