Having lived in Japan, I can say that I would happily live there again in a heartbeat. In the countryside, but close enough to a train line to have access to a bigger city. Or just in the city in Kyoto, because that was my hometown when I lived there and my love for it knows no bounds.

^ THIS. Ireland is amazing and just endless opportunities to be cozy and in nature and hang out with sheep.

Buying a small Chateau in France, probably south of France, is a dream goal (inspired by the movie 'A good year').

Definitely basically any country in Europe. You can drive to other countries to go to dinner, and you don't even have to have a visa because it's all from the EU.

But I'd settle for Canada. Nice, cold, boring Canada is the dream country for me because I love the idea of working as a barista in a cold climate, and love the idea of snow, and big fluffy dogs that don't overheat in Brazil's summer (:

New Zealand > Singapore. Singapore for the rich, but not if you value fundamental human rights, accountability etc.

The US, South Korea or France. Honestly I wish it was easy to up and move anywhere, I'd have done it years ago.

I live in the US and I daydream about moving to Canada, Scotland, or any of the Scandinavian countries. I like cold weather and social democracy.

I'm no weeaboo, but I really enjoyed Japan. But from what I've read, actually living there can be quite awful.

Oooh yes, Maine and Massachusetts are lovely. I'd love a little cottage on Cape Cod.

I think I'd love to move to the Netherlands or Sweden, though I'm at war with myself when I say that because I hate cold climates lol. They seem like really relaxed places to live though & have alot in place in their government to actually take care of their people (like unified healthcare & programs for new mothers, humanitarian shit like that). Plus, the countries are just downright beautiful.
