Gotcha. A couple weeks isn’t TOO bad but a couple days would be better. Guess it’s one of those things you’ve gotta play by ear

I think it probably depends on volume. The longer wait times were when there were big events that probably led to a lot of people submitting tickets around the same thing (like the forced password reset). It definitely doesn't seem like it's as bad as it used to be, but other people please correct me if my experience is off.

Which, unless the date on the lookup was a lie, means that the 2 year reversal limit is not true?

I was so excited that most of my pets should have been safe but now I'm worried again

Hmm, I was hoping to look through my old logs and tell you that the pet in question was never originally on that account... but I couldn't do that. Can confirm that the pet was on that account about 5+ years ago at this point. Not sure when it was moved off but it was in my OG logs and must have been active back then, or at least semi-active because it was not on my sorted through logs of inactive pets to sell.




++ off topic from the above... still waiting over 2 weeks for an initial reply to multiple tickets right now for various things. I'm writing it off to TNT taking time off around the holidays I suppose.

Just wanted to add some info here to the ongoing parsing of TNT's wonky rules. I was able to request access back on a shell that was linked a email provided by a current option but created using a now defunct domain variation. They only asked for me to certify the birthdate, email and username to regain access to it.

Honestly, I take any new policy change Alice #464924 says with a grain of salt. It really just seems like you have to get an Alice that will be more understanding than the others.
