Is Space Faerie Sratchcard not working anymore?

It's been months already since I last visited the Space Faerie Scratchcard.
Now, when I visit it, It always says that I have already used up all my scratchcards, which is odd. I used to get one every friday.

Am I the only one experiencing this?

I stopped buying premium for the disappointment to stop, I wouldn't be surprised if it's not with these other issues still out there.

Apparently, a lot of people are having issues with their space faerie scratchcard. I don't have premium but a few of my friends are and they've reported it isn't working. ): For how long, I'm not certain, but it has been down - you're not alone!

Well I had Premium from April to May and it was working fine then. Or maybe I was one of the few not experiencing a glitch.

They tell me I cancelled premium, and yet I still have all of the features. It also tells me on the premium page I don't have it ... and yet I still definitely have it.

If it's not charging me but I still have all the features, fuck it I won't say a word lol. But if they're still charging me and and insisting I don't have it, there'll be problems. (from what it looks like, they stopped charging me, i would've been charged this month.)

My option is yearly, so I'll only be charged for a certain month. I updated my CC info changed before that, particularly with the expiration date. Maybe that's the reason why I got "cancelled" from premium? I did not recall getting charged from neopets as well, so maybe that's it.

Well, if that's the case, I don't mind having no scratchcards at all. I'm enjoying the SSW very much.

Mine has been fine. And I forgot I had them, so I have 53 scratchcards to do. Oops.
