Oh that's fun! I was just thinking about how I wished they had some sort of little event or daily for Halloween, this could definitely work if they do prizes next year! I wish the prompts were more...neopets related, though, besides Dark Faerie and zombie of course. Could have used the Haunted Woods/Fairgrounds and the characters associated, maybe even darigans...or Halloween paint brush, duh.
But I do super appreciate it's not every single day too!

I think it’s a pretty cool idea... but why limit it to social media. Usually companies use that as a platform to push their ideas to an audience in another manner. It’s not usually used solely for hosting events.
Make an announcement other than those same old BS ones on the home page.
Make a submission pages and/or a new board for people to post submissions on.
Post up all entries and winners even if it’s just for fun and doesn’t come with prizes.
They have a site for a reason and it’s disappointing to see them not using it.

I agree. But I also understand that programmers must already have too much to work on and that is why they do these activities on other platforms.
That�s true, that�s why I give them a pass for not having prizes, avs, etc. I feel like they could have easily tossed up an announcement of sorts. When they don�t do that they are pushing people away from the site instead of pulling them up. No bueno
