Considering the amount of time it's been Invites Currently: CLOSED is there a point where it will be open for new people or is this just a pointless category/board for legacy people to talk about non-neo stuff is the question I'll throw out there. I don't really care one way or the other, but it's probably another relevant question. The wording on the board is weird: Message your forum admin for access, but don't, is basically what I get out of it reading it.

When I was drunk I messaged admin asking for an invite. But was denied, stating it was closed... doesnt really seem like they let people in when you ask. Or perhaps I'm just not in a social niche that would get me in there.
Needless to say it's a category i only found interesting when i was drunk.

I made a thread recently that was deemed only appropriate for the Adult Section and so it was moved there (and I don't have access there). So I messaged Joe about it and there wasn't a conclusive answer but I just assumed that was his way of saying that it's still closed and no one is getting in. I don't know, maybe it's really hard to moderate?

We don't have areas of the site restricted by "social niche". This is nothing to do with excluding based on friendships or popularity. The reason the section isn't open for new members is because having constant requests for access, which then have to be age verified, is bothersome.
