Hey guys having an issue. When I try to login to my NP account the program stops responding and then eventually says "Status: not logged in USERNAME". My password is correct, and I'm running as admin. Checked the .NET framework and it's fine.

How long have you had this problem for? Possible the same exact one I'm having. I'm working on getting a VM installed which should hopefully fix the problem if it's the pc's fault. This is the first time I've actually used this program. I used MajinSS last year.
Weird... If it's the same problem I'm having, I can't really help. Have you tried restarting the program, restarting your computer, running as an admin, installing all runtime files, etc?

I'm asking this because since a lot of people just leave their neopets account logged in at all times and/or have their password memorized in their browser, people tend to forget their password, especially if they changed it recently. I know I do

1) Delete your program and download the newest one to get a more accurate log.
2) Make sure you don't use your account when the program is running
