Check in your router settings and see if Neopets is possibly blocked from your router?

@(you need an account to see links) No luck there either. I tried turning off both Windows firewall as well as router firewall, added neopets.com to trusted list and it's still not working

This happened to me! Tnt told me if i was ip banned my accounts would be frozen. Its an easy fix - unplug your router/modem (took mine approx half an hour) when you plug hack in youll notice the last few digits of your ip changed and itll work.

Verizon told me might have to leave unplugged overnight but it was quicker than that

Final Update: The site is working again for me, not sure what fixed it. IP is still the same as before :/
