They are a plot prize that can not be sent from one account to another. The best way to get/use one would be to send your pet to somebody, have them zap it and then send it back. This would cost around $35-ish

I think you might have better luck trading a different pet for a robo pet. However if you want a certain pet to be robo, the zappers are best.

There's no guide like that but I could tell you that by my experience trading on the PC, Robots of species different than draik/krawk can easily be obtained by trading a Royal custom for them, which is 1,750k. You can either offer to trade a custom or pet of such value on there, or try to buy one for the equivalent... in cK 2$ is 1m so a WN Robot Grarrl already created might be around 3,5$usd

Very Nice I have about 1m right now but I want robot so I will save, paint a pet royal and start posting on PC Chat?! Or do I need more + Customs? I can get about 5$ NeoCash also

You could make a topic there seeking for a robo grarrl and offering the custom, so you paint the royal pet they want
I think that would be enough to get one with a good name
