Your account has been inactive for two years or more and is scheduled to be purged from our database. This purge is currently on-going. When the username has been deleted, you will be able to re-create the account... but any trophies, avatars, items, or pets you may have had will be gone.

I'm afraid we cannot modify the state of this account because it is already in the purge queue and will be deleted regardless of access. As stated in the Terms of Use, any account that has been inactive for 18 months or longer is eligible for removal from our database.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we hope you create a new account to see what has changed on Neopets since you last logged in!

ESPECIALLY since there are accounts that have been inactive for much longer and haven't been purged/in line to be purged. you're obviously interested in being active again, so why the hell would they turn you away and be like 'u wont have any of ur shit but feel free 2 start all over again!!!!!!!'

Honestly customer support on several sites are EXTREMELY thick when it comes to helping the people that get them paid.

It's harder for frozen accounts to be purged though, doesn't happen too often.
I myself have/had two accounts that should both be ~8 years now... one was just inactive (changed my pw, couldn't remember it and never tried the support which was done through forms back then) and has been purged, the other one was frozen and is still frozen

Still lol, this guy was frozen back when I played in like 2009/2010
