Space Faerie Codes

I read you get them when buying neopets merchandise. Plushies in particular. I have also read that only some give SF codes. Now my question is; what plushies/merchandise gives a valid SF code, and what stores can you buy them at in Canada? Walmart? and are the codes activated at the register like itunes cards are, or theoretically could an individual just walk in, rip the code tag off and leave?

Not particularly interested in spending $15 for a code, or buying physical evidence that I play Neopets.

Oh, didn't know. Neo merchandise never got here (or I've never even seen a neo-related product here) Not even the game when I used to go to the games and consoles sections of the malls.

If you're not too scared, you should try getting one from the boards or from reddit. People do SF code giveaways very often!

All of the Plushies nowadays have Key Quest token codes instead of Virutal Prize Codes :/

I know there is someone that sometimes gives them away on the AC/PC and says he gets his from Fun Paks, but I think he buys them by the box online. Not sure if any stores still sell them.
