Omg even though “check your time zone” was posted like 25 times as a reason userbars might not unlock, my dumbass was confident mine was right, until I checked and saw I had Alaska selected

I finally got my time based ryu backgrounds!!

Both were an hour later than my timezone. I'm guessing my "automatically detect Daylight Savings Time" is what tripped them up.
For anyone still feeling stuck, I think this is the solution.

EDIT: A couple of these ryus had poops and I didn't clean them myself because I knew people were trying for the userbar. I just refreshed those profiles after a few minutes and the poops are now gone.
You guys want that userbar SO BAD!!

Okay I KNOW I'm going crazy because I 200% had Cookie Tray and Pickle on the list before (I can't not remember a name like Pickle) but it's killing me because I have no idea why they were removed have I lost the plot

either way they've all been added with the exception of Stealth who isn't showing their ryu but if they do swap them in I will add! Thanks for pointing them out, Sephora
