    TNT Ticket Policy Change

    Just thought I would share my findings with you.

    RIP anyone who doesn't have access to your Original Email. Make sure to have your NC purchase details or consider moving to a new account.

    Pet reversals:

    TNT have now placed a Time Deadline of 2 Years for a pet to be reversed to an account from initial removal. No more Reversals happening to pets that you've owned for 5 Years+!!

    Password Resets:

    If the account has been inactive for too long (not sure on specific timescale), they will require a Ticket from the OG Email.

    in some cases, they are just flat out asking for OG email whether you're active or not.

    Unfreezing your account:

    TNT have reverted to asking for a ticket from the Original email again to unfreeze accounts. I do not believe that they are taking ID anymore as replacement anymore.

    TNT are no longer offering a Wipe for accounts frozen for Scamming/Buying.

    Thank you for sharing! With 2FA you'd think they'd be less totalitarian about OG emails. Some emails are from sites that don't exist anymore; I wonder if this means they won't return these associated accounts going forward?

    Oh man, sounds like an easily exploitable way to target users you want gone. Just submit a ticket every other day from a different email address, claiming ownership of that account..

    My main account is so old I used my school email. I since like graduated... so yeah . This whole thing would be really annoying

    It's happened to me even though I have the original email and information which is infuriating. Supports the mentality of "If I can't have it, no one can"

    All you need is the DoB, OG email knowledge and you can spam away and lock the account away forever *or until they change their Policy again.

    Perhaps highlighting this easily exploitable decision will cause them to make them do a U turn.

    Hmm are they requiring that the ticket be created and communication take place WITH/FROM the og email or just that you are able to actually reference the correct of email address? That’s a huge difference right there and one is much easier than the other haha

    That would be a little trickier then. I wonder what they’d do if you no longer had access to the OG email, but knew what it was. There’s usually a reason emails are changed. Finding the OG email is so much easier than having access to it.
