    Older accounts are not subject to the purge, as the rule of deletion after 18 months of inactivity was only introduced a few years ago.
    If the account had been logged into post-2010/2011, and accepted to the new User-Terms, only then would it be purged.

    Its not a frozen account just an inactive one and I can't log in because I don't remember the bday I used for it, nor the password, plus I don't have access to the email that was used on that account when I first created it

    I'm getting that response for about 2 years now. It's maddening how they don't give a *beep* about people's accounts and their attachment to it, especially older accounts which carry Neo-historical value. I have a pretty old account that carries 3 Royal UCs but guess what! TNT doesn't give a damn, answer after months of waiting with a cold, automatic message.

    I hope when they try actually deleting those account they fail miserably and lose valuable database information (particularly NC related) so they'll get a tase of their own policy.
