Talking care of other Ryus will not get you infected. Being in the same area/thread as other infected users who have sick ryus will. So you could go to profile pages cand care for them.

If your Ryu was sick previously then got better then it was a glitch that had to do with ryus waking up after sleeping. Bat confirmed last night that no Infected ryu has been cured yet.
