Yes, making a thread in the neopets trades section talking about your pet and the price you want for it would be the place to start. Don't post the name or any other really specific information though. Keep that vague if possible. Converted pets are almost impossible to dig up on just information though.

To be honest, you are looking at closer to 100k or under and it may take quite some time. I was trying to sell a VWN Halloween Meerca for 80k and just gave up after a couple weeks.
