starsandmoon has an european/asiatic timezone. So unless someone is friends with them, ryu likely will wake up after midnight or can be attended at morning.

Bird I'm not so sure though

I just got Pretty Pastel too after doing a care sweep! The color is so gorgeous so I'll have to revisit it after my emo phase. I am still after that car scene though 👀

Just tended to Butterbird's Ryu~ ^^
As it seems all other Ryu's were recently tended, there might not be many that need tending, but I'll still go through the list just in case~
