on the neoboards today i read someone re-parrot the rumour that n_t gave up his access to have tnt patch it or some ridiculously stupid shit like that. like jeez

Loool what even yeah jawsch claim that nt reached out to him to make a ticket... when nt themself had no problem in the past trying to reach out to TNT to get paid for their bug hunting also if they REALLY cared about getting NP security fixed they would do something flashy but harmless like messing with a live page or idk a real showstopper like taking down a key feature. What a joke.

Actually, neo_truths contacted me last night and told me he was on the run from the FBI because he's, in fact, the motherfucking samsquanch.

In reality, the average neocord user is a know-nothing moron and unfortunately for him, jawsch is on the bottom end of that bell curve.
At best, he's a convenient mouth to parrot something that's so obviously untrue if you think about it for a moment.
At worst, he's a liar vying for attention and approval from the other morons that surround him.

you know, I would've expected tnt to close down public access to the site by now (I'm thinking the red pteri screen?), though I suppose with live db access that'd do nothing but hide any possible damage to accounts from the public eye lol

It doesn’t do anything and it could possibly actively prevent them from catching the seller/buyer in the act of downloading a fresh copy of the database. The info is already out there. At this point, they’ve likely washed their hands of the issue entirely and are relying on actual cybersecurity experts to tell them to do to mitigate further damages. Or it’s classic TNT and they’re going to do all of the wrong things. Or possibly a little from column A and a little from column B.
