I believe it's based off your time, or the time you have set for the forum.

According to the main post by TsUNaMy WaVe, "Post around the forums during the weekends of October, between 12am~3am NST."

I got it last year and am awake at that time, so I can't verify one way or the other. Hope that information helps!

Understand. I really appreciate the help. I will try in a few ways. My time in forums is GMT -6:00 Central Time (US & Canada), but i live in brazil (2pm now)

ps: This was my first test, it's already 1 am in the US.
