Absolutely still a thing. You can unlock one by interacting with the existing ones (feeding/playing/scooping). Some interactions might not count if the parent has babysitting turned off, but if you go to the big list in the second post of this thread you should find plenty that need care!

I have a question that may have already been answered, sorry!
If evolutions are turned off, will that only prevent them from evolving, or also from jumping branches?
