I'm curious as to who exactly is investing $4M, but I suppose that's not public knowledge.
Coming from a former Metaverse/NFT owner has me hoping this isn't just a cryptolaundering scheme of some sort.

The changes sound good and Ruffle has been on my mind for a while, good to see they're actually attempting to work it back in so we have an actual games room again.

This is some new info to think about. I don't feel great knowing the CEO was involved on the metaverse and seeing the roadmap just gives me the impression it's what we have been told before.

The plot seems interesting for me and looking forward to July 25th to test the flash games. I'm going to wait and see, I rather they work on the site than on mobile apps though.

I'm concerned too for the ambassador part, unless we get a ck

I'm choosing to be cautiously optimistic for now, but a lot of these plans seem precarious. I'm really glad that they're looking to have some sort of brand ambassadors, but I do hope it's not just some vocal minority or a bunch of players that represent the same viewpoints. To really get a feel for communities you need the average joes (or an infamous one ) not just the cool/loud/popular folks. I think even if the 4m was originally for the metaverse project, it's great that it's been reallocated for neopets proper. Plus really glad to hear they've expanded the team, bringing on new people and having plans means they're not it KTLO mode at the very least?

OK THE VOID WITHIN PLOT SOUNDS COOL AS HELL AND IM ALL IN. That aside..

Plot twist - The Void Within is actually a look at their team roster and a look at all the things that need fixing, while it pans out and shows TNT headquarters in disarray. The void within was actually their lack of staff, improvements, and maintenance over the last decade.

There was too much information for me to digest this morning (I legit woke up and went to cK to check on any gossip and saw this thread first). From what friends have mentioned about certain aspects I'm excited for some of it but overall I'm not fully set on it.

I'm excited for the plot and all sure, excited to see what else they bring for the 25th anniversary super soon here. Even though the odds are 0.0001% on winning some of that NC - I look forward to these changes in the future for neopets.

But the bigger question we've all been wondering/asking

Straight savagery - it's funny how many people don't know that he was actually a member of ck - and WHY he was banned from here.
Yet the people over on the neopets worship every word he says like it's scripture. I guess they don't mind harboring a predator on their boards... shame on them.

It makes me cringe when I see him post telling people to DM him. I can only imagine what goes on after that.
