It's when the site lags and the images don't show up for all the pets and they think they're zapping the right spot, but then zap a UC/important pet.

I think it's bizarre. I know TNT will unconvert a pet if something happens on their end, but I've seen many cases where a user messed up and were told that they're SOL, basically. I don't mind TNT actually DOING the unconverting, I think that's nice of them. But if they're going to do it, then they need to be consistent.

I too am sick of the support team and their flip-flopping favoritism shit. You don't go helping some people out and not others. I know of some people who got frozen from CGs and were told they were SOL and lost everything through no fault of their own. Yet the staff get on their hands and knees and ass-kiss others who have legitimately done something wrong and they end up getting everything back. Pisses me off.
