To answer your question, TNT probably does not care about it. I doubt they'll freeze you over grabbing cupcakes. They didn't even ice anyone for abusing the stock market glitch.
I'm testing that so far. Currently doing cupcakes on 3 accounts. It's been over a month and so far so good

It's not really something they can easily track. If you had figured out some way to dupe cupcakes, they probably still wouldn't care. They seem to only care when you take things from other active users, at least that's what I've noticed.

Too true, but they don't necessarily care about the active users unless you've monetarily "invested" into the NC or Premium.
People who have are always more likely to get a quicker/nicer/more helpful response in comparison to the atypical neopetter.
So does TNT care about the cupcakes? Are they being squandered from a bunch of report-happy twats who haven't realized what type of game Neopets really is?
