I think I read that more email services have started bouncing all neopets mails, but I just tried with a gmail account, which is usually safe, and didn't even get the "oops, our email was bounced" neomail.

I wonder why that is the case. I'm only using the big dawgs to test - things like hotmail/gmail/yahoo/aol.
I tested it on an account that I am logged into and know the emails have sent in the past as well. I didn't get any neo emails and I haven't got any NMs like the "Oops, it bounced" one either. I'm not sure if this is a result of whatever work they are doing, but for nobody to be able to recover info sounds like a major bug.

I know this one has a gmail because I have a list of all the accounts w/ their emails. This was a couple of months ago so I'm not sure they even know or are going to fix it soon. I'm not really sure what USED to cause the random one offs that didn't send, still haven't figured that one out. But a week or two ago when I was looking through stuff I was still getting emails on all my hotmail/yahoo/gmail/aol/etc email addresses. It's only been the last day or two for me that I literally haven't gotten a single email to ANY of the addresses I have tried on. Very strange.

Sounds like the no emails thing is a widespread issue. Not related to errors in the past where emails wouldn't send, likely because they bounced too many times or something. There are issues with people not getting premium emails, not getting activation emails, and getting normal lost user/pass reset emails. Sounds like nothing is making it's way out of the neo black hole right now. Not sure what they did to cause that issue, but sounds like it's one of many going on right now.

Ye, I submitted a request to change my email a couple of hours ago. Nothing but crickets.

This explains why I can't get into a couple shells, then. I'm using gmail and hotmail and haven't had any luck trying to change the PWs on them.

Try now. I've been monitoring this with a few different accounts. Looks like around noon EST today, something changed. I got flooded with emails that I had requested over the last few days. Made a few test emails and did lost pass/username and had no issues except for one, but that's an outlier. I was able to get pins and emails regarding a completed password change as well.

Looks like we are back in business.

Oh really? It was working like a champ for me this afternoon. I hope it didn’t get messed up again.
For outlook though, check the spam. It almost ALWAYS goes to spam for me with outlook.
