I live in a tiny country but we have an access to the ocean, so from anywhere you'd have to drive like 3 hours max to reach a beach lol

Tiny country here. 3 hours of driving is enough to get from 1 end of the country to the other and back

I couldn't imagine it to be honest! The beach is such a source of healing and grounding for me.
In NZ, you can go from one side of the country to the other in 40 minutes. One side is black sand, crazy waves and rock formations and surf waves and the other is white sand, calm and very safe, can see all the way to the bottom, dolphins and orca come all the way in etc. Its crazy. We are very lucky in this corner of the world thats for sure!

Here the southern you go the sandier the beaches are, but the difference isn't that huge. It's just that some beaches in the north has more cliff areas etc

I couldn't either, everywhere I've lived has always been within 10 mins to the beach, and I never want to change that!
