The Spooky and Trick-or-Treat userbars had less constraints to unlock on October 31st as a Halloween special treat! The Spooky userbar is now unavailable, and the Trick-or-Treat userbars are back to being a bit more of a pain to track down, but they are out there for a few more hours!

I really appreciate the few hours of extra time to track down the candy... bars. I had no idea a new one was released and managed to squeak by just in time.

How exactly do you get these? I read the how to but didnt quite make sense to me, do I just click on usernames or somthin? These are too cute to pass up

You need to check the "Members who have read this thread in the last 30 days" lists in topics (for me personally they were usually the popular threads) for fake users with spooky names ("Casper the Ghost", "Dracula", "Gizmo", "Michael" for example, they will have an emoticon next to them) and click on the name fast enough. Here are some examples I posted earlier:
