Like the old art style Ice Bori, or generally speaking? If the latter, you can actually now get them via the premium perk!

you will be able to unconvert existing pets so no need to make brand new ones

ikr! lutaris are gold before conversion, their heads were so perfect! i know it goes to personal preference, but even basic colours were cuter in my opinion C:
