It is probably a different staff that deals with Spanish speaking users, and they likely have less on their plate...@(you need an account to see links)

It seems like it might raise some flags because Google translates very inaccuratley with most things xD Did that English thing work for you?

did you actually type the message in portuguese?
She wrote in english to me and I translated the whole text into portuguese. Then I sent the translated text to her because they can see your IP when you send a ticket
