I've been so busy lately but I had to hop on for this. I am so so excited and hope all of these promises really happen. I'm particularly excited for the plot!! My favorite plot was that grave digger one way back when. I still am hoarding those plot prizes in my sbd and haven't been able to make myself sell them :p.

I don't want to hear anything about "operating at a loss for the last 10 years" while they're still sitting on their hands concerning NC UCs. Forget redrawing the linework, the capability is already there to make them as-is, and every day that goes by equals less revenue for them (and frankly, more revenue for us). I believe they underestimate just how much people are willing to spend.

I also don't want to hear it when they've frozen people and continue to freeze people who spend insane sums of money on NC. I had an account I played on for a couple years and had redeemed well over 100 NC cards on it, which I'm embarrassed to admit. One day I wake up and the account is frozen for "cheat programs" which I never, ever, ever used. I eventually returned to the site, but guess what? The only NC I've spent is the bare minimum on faerie quest/lab cookies during the Black Friday sale. There's no NC in my customs whatsoever and I don't even buy training cookies anymore. It's just bad business on their part. Fuck, even if I had been guilty of what they accused me of, it's still bad business. A dying company can't afford to be that virtuous, sorry.

If incogniti can get unfrozen, you should definitely keep asking support to unfreeze the account. I've never had TNT touch the NC on an account they have uniced

I feel like I have so many thoughts on this acquisition, but it mainly boils down to: Excited for the change, worried about them keeping their promises.
This is such huge, overwhelming news and I'm so curious about the future of neopets with this.

Still a little unsure of the whole life-simulation aspect, but I guess I can't knock it 'til I try it. I'm interested to see where they end up going with the ambassador program, having open applications at least seems promising?

I cannot even fully describe how much I hate this new splash page. It really has zero things I'd be looking to interact with immediately upon opening the website. But, alright, promote your other products...
