Anyone else noticing whenever you click on the boxes to withdraw or deposit Neopoints that you are being re-directed to another site?

No, it hasn't. It sounds like you've got a malware issue. Try running your browser in safe mode, or using a different computer for that matter.
Computers clear, the reason I ask is several people on reddit were having the same issue

Some ads have been known to hijack clicks occasionally. You can report the ads to the Neopets team, or install an ad-blocker.
