I keep all my shit organized in a spreadsheet, but that doesn't stop me from stressing about this. What if something goes wrong and they just start changing shit back to the OG e-mail since they seem to have a huge boner for OG emails...

resetted all my passwords today and now doing the dailies on my first alt main (which didn't get logget out since i was online only on my main during that time) and i just got locked out of it and had to reset again, guess today will be another day where i'll be getting kicked out of the accounts and having to reset their password again, let's go xD
I'm not even going to talk about this shit. That's how fuming I am still, even after sleeping.
I think I'm one of the few who tries to keep an updated spreadsheet of all my accounts, birthdates, emails, pin and passwords. I'm very lucky to have done that.
Yesterday I saw the chaos online so I didn't even try to reset my password. I waited today to do it. I really think they should've let us a little bit more time to change our emails or check our infos before that kind of big change.
I'm really sad for those who don't have access today and I wish you the best of luck...

Same here. But I haven't submitted a ticket because I have no way to prove ownership. I had a bunch of nice pets and expensive NC there too. This is costing me a bunch of money. I completely thought I had changed the email but I must not have. I tried to pm the CK user who I bought it from and their inbox is full lol. Luckly i had everything on spreadsheets and i even had all the emails still logged in from doing it all yesterday, so it was easy on me, just hope this doesnt happen more times for the same accounts that it already happened, but so far i have reasons to believe 1 locking while playing per account.
based on the fact that we can login with old passwords and surf for a while before being reset, it feels like they're doing resets for accounts which have recently logged in and doing them in waves, seems like there's some glitches in which accounts are being chosen, though (my 5 accounts have been logged in all day, only one had a password reset and it hasn't been required since)

all my accounts got it in a similar time frame refresh wise, i was in the middle of the battledome daily for all fo them except for one that allowed me to finish the bd and then i went for refresh in kads untill it happened.
