I'm a new player here just for the AC SS, and had the same issue... Went to post here and you had already solved my issue. The unticking is what did it for me. I can't give rep but please know I'm very, very grateful.

Not a problem at all!!! I'm so glad I could help in fixing the problem as I understand how frustrating it can be! I'm trying to configure the scheduler so that it runs automatically on a set time, I will keep you guys updated.

The sender shouldn't have to tell you.
It's best to always check in advance if it's a day with a matchup and it just takes a second to do so.

Definitely true the sender shouldn't have to tell you about practice days. But there is a semi-related useful feature here too!

If possible, it would be awesome to have an option to get the score sender to stop trying to send anymore scores of a scheduled game once the "Games played" total doesn't increment X number of game scores sent in a row.

I set too many tasks for the games a day and lose track of how many games have been played so far in the day too often - and then I end up just checking it every 30mins or so to make sure the games played is still incrementing properly.

If you're losing track of how many games have been played, that is what the log is for. When mine crashes in the middle of playing or I stop/close it for any reason, I just pull the log to review how far it got.

If it stopped at 10 games for SLSL, then just change the total of SLSL games to play to 76.

I also recommend writing your scores down each day, since that's personally what I do. This way, I know how many games I'm supposed to hit the next day to max out each one. If the program crashes and doesn't log it or something, you can log into your account and match your games played total to the games you have played so far and just subtract from there.

Edit: and in regards to bye days, I think these have been a thing for a few years now. It's always best as a bare minimum to look into the basic rules of the cup (or any event really) just to prepare for stuff like this. JN usually has a guide up within the first day of the cup and I think the Neopets FAQs state the days the bye days land on if I'm not mistaken (if TNT bothered to update it lmao)
