Are 4Ls worth UCs now? PC help needed

The value depends mainly on it's old owners.
If tree owned the 4l but it isn't hers anymore, it's worth around T7-T8.
If tree owns the 4L, it's worthless.

In my experience, the best/easiest way to break into UC tiers is through 2/3Ls or Cvcv/Vcvc 4Ls, Common English RW/RNs, popular fandom RW/RNs, V/WN Y2 (aged) pets, V/WN Ice Boris, or V/WN Even BD pets. At least, those are the ways I've traded to UCs the last couple years.

And yeah...fuckin purge needs to happen. I have a huge list of names I've been waiting for ahhhh.

lol I'm so annoyed tbh. When the 2012 purge happened, I got Dream. FUCKING DREAM OKAY. But my dumbass boyfriend at the time got himself frozen while holding onto Dream for me. I had someone offer me a VWN UC Faerie Wocky and was considering offering me their UC RG Kau. Bruh, I could've gotten my impossible dreamie of a UC RB Kau I'm sure. But no....that bf also lost Sarabi when he got frozen. I'll perpetually be annoyed at him for this.
