It's Summertime!

It's finally summer time!
(at least for those of us in the northern hemisphere!)



So, I want to know...

What is your favourite thing to do in the summer? Are you a total beach bum? Lake lifer? How do you like to stay cool? Popsicles, ice cream, good old fashioned AC?
Maybe you have a favourite memory from the summer time? I wanna hear about it!

I will go first!

As a kid, we would always go to the outdoor waterslide park in June at the end of the school year. We would stay all day until we were EXHAUSTED. There was this one slide that was super scary to me, it was really fast, had big drops and was in pitch black. I remember the year I turned 12, I was FINALLY brave enough to go down it by myself. So I did, and it was a blast! Once it was time to leave, we'd get a twist (chocolate and vanilla swirled) soft serve ice cream cone.

Buuut, I don't have anywhere to form it, and I don't have anything to write aaaaaand I cut my finger in the process of making a cast.

But I mainly play it on my Switch though. I use to play a ton on my PS4 but I like to just pick the game up whenever I want to move around lol

It's a mix of coconut milk the beverage and coconut milk, the creamier stuff you use to bake/cook with. And yes, those are berries. Tried to do like a rocket pop inspired thing, but the berries didn't show through as well as I'd hoped.

@(you need an account to see links) - omg road trips with dogs is my favorite, though not strictly a summer thing for me hehe. We have two mid-large dogs who are absolute champs at being on the road and we usually take them to state parks or to other states for adventures! One of our babies has probably been to 7 states now (and I have photos of her pooping in all of them lmao)
Sometimes we take a larger van too and camp in it too!
