Ticket send help?

Hi!
My account got frozen today... Holy ...
But it didn't even tell me why I get frozen?
I just can't login into the account and neo said "Invalid Password. Please enter the correct password to continue.
You do not currently have an Active Neopet!"
What happened? As everytime if you got frozen, TNT will give you reason.
This time it just like deleted my account ...
So I need help with ticket.

Same here it's really bad my very high end UCs got frozen ... But is it the Ticket page is not avaliable now?
