Summer's Coming! Any plans for the season?

Winter is coming... *cue dramatic music* ((: I plan to study for the LSAT this summer and go on a trip to Vegas with friends! I've been working on my personal statements and hope to be done this month at least with rough draft form. Other than law school, I've been making new playlists to listen to! I'm hoping to travel a lot this summer and spend time with friends.

welp i had to drop my pre calc class, so i want to get with tutors and then actually attend pokemon cons or cons in general as ive never gone to one. maybe go to ren faire in the WI area. we'll see !!

i volunteered years ago to plant trees and stuff while hard work very fulfilling to my soul. it was more than nice id say it was relaxing and even sweat the stress out.

I hope that you have more free time to do fun stuff after dropping that class. I was thinking of taking classes this summer to be "productive" but I think I need to take a break and actually try to do fun stuff. A ren faire sounds so much fun! I've never been to one, so please report back if you do go to one

Omg the LSAT...I ALMOST did this last year to go to law school myself, but I wanted to be able to keep my current job (to keep that income coming) and I had interviewed some current law students who told me it's not a good idea to work and go to law school at the same time so I decided not to go for it. I'm currently making a plan to see if I'm going to go for a PhD within a year or not, but I'm just trying to make it work out with my current job. Good luck in your studies!! Will definitely be interested in hearing about your experience with the process of law school too!

I can just reply! I was really glad to help, and I was super relieved it was stuff I mostly remembered, lmao!

I don't have any major plans. A little bummed because due to the combination of the current job market and my rent going up, I'm gonna be moving back in with my parents in August, which sucks because that was kind of the last of my accomplishments I had in 2021 undoing itself, but trying to not feel too hopeless about it. One nice thing is that a few people have now encouraged me to relax a bit and I'm going to actually enjoy my PNW Summer and try to go on whatever hikes I can manage, maybe visit BC, actually enjoy myself a bit.

sounds therapeutic. yeah my talks with our cousin bulba and the job market is trash. im so sorry about that but i do hope you find what youre looking for in terms of pay and advancement in the future.

at least you can enjoy life like you said. sounds so great! lately been working under cars for a bit. but thats okay! ill get to relax soon myself. hang in there kitty <3 you will go magical places soon im sure!

law school sounds like a drag... yesss! its essentially like a bunch of adults having a grand old time for real. i love it.. so laid back, i feel bad for most people cause they dress like the olden times and it gets real hot during summer...

yeah no more stress of pre calc... rather not do an 8 week course anyways.

And yeah, I'm starting to worry that it's reckless and of course now I've heard of a few places that are starting to pick up hiring again, but it is very much all in flux, lol.

I've got plans (as I do every summer) to try to get my life together. At least get my living space clean.

I've been trying to do 45 minutes of cardio every day, which, like, its fine to be outside with the nice weather.

Me and my friends are going to be hanging out this week, which will be fun. But I don't have any major plans this year. Last year was when I got to do all of my traveling and big bucketlist destination type of stuff. Hopefully I can just go to some local events with my IRLs!

Midsummer coming up this weekend, so my parents are going to have some BBQ with drinks and my uncle is also coming over. So I shall attend that. Usually it's a very nice time because it's the brightest day of all the year where the sun barely sets before rising again.
