Could maybe have to do with how many total hearts we will? Or mayve we need a "do you love your ryu" thread ,lol. Seems way too early for Valentine's Day and Bat indicated they were all currently unlockable, so don't think it's that.

Considering how many times mine died as a kid, seems reasonable that these can, too. I think there's been too many of us on and playing around to let any of the hearts get too low, though.

I'm gonna assume the Painterrific is manually awarded to everyone who has created some Ryu art and share it in the (you need an account to see links).

I can also assume it's only awarded to those who create and share their own art?

I think Bat mentioned a few pages back that several users had like no(?) or low hearts; maybe it won't go lower than a certain point? I feel like giving them the ability to die is too cruel.

I've noticed a few people on the parent list don't seem to have the userbar active. Do we know if hearts deplete in that scenario? If so, we could ask them? Maybe I'll remove mine for a little bit and see what happens, not for a full test, but just to see if it poops which would at least tell us if that could be an avenue to answer..a
