    Exclamation PSA for people waiting on a ticket response from TNT

    Resubmit your ticket. It looks like TNT fumbled the bag already, as we ramp up into a new era of neopets, and lost a lot of older tickets. you should receive an email confirming your ticket from "support@worldofneopets.zendesk.com"

    So for some additional clarification, if you have a pre-existing ticket, you should reply to the email where they assigned your ticket with the info you provided. You'll get assigned a new ticket, BUT if it's still in the old digit range (449348 or however long it is) you'll need to resubmit a new ticket through the new help desk.

    In my personal experience, I didn't get a new 4 digit ticket number so I had to resubmit my previous tickets, but other people were reassigned 4 digit tickets.

    Someone mentioned to me that there might be "more than one Alice". Or that there are people responding as if they were Alice because the way she handles each case is arbitrary and inconsistent. Anyone think this is true?

    This is what I've seen as well. It's supposed to be an alias used for multiple support members. Not sure where the info came from though.
