that's difficult to say as i don't know how "known" your account is on neo itself.

quad maxing is every bit possible actually especially with these reduced caps.
if you want to not go above AS anyway you could calculate how much you should do every day and if tri maxing would suffice or not.

Just noticed that the max cap for MSN on the SS settings is 5500? Is that the maximum possible (legit) score in MSN now? I remember sending much higher scores in the past so seeing that threw me off.

No, that's not the max for MSN, that's just a default scoring the program is using to send a range of safe scores in. You can alter the minimum and maximum scoring yourself if you'd like to see higher or lower scores. Playing a game or two of MSN can help you gauge where you want that range to be based on what you get in the game.
