How long does it take for a support ticket to be answered nowadays?

I submitted a ticket on the Neopets site to change my account birthday. It's been eight days and I haven't received any ticket change or response.

depends on what it is.. i'd say a month at a minimum for any kind of ticket regarding account access, maybe same thing or slightly less for a birthday change.

if you're impatient try posting on the ticket waiting board or if all else fails, bother them on facebook.

I've heard it can take up to several months. I also haven't heard of them changing an account birthday..is that something they do?

I have a ticket open since November :p Maybe you get lucky and they answer you quickly. I don't know what they prioritize...

Anywhere from two weeks (if you're an active Premium member and its not about cancelling) to a year.

It usually is a month+. If you haven't tried, I'd recommend getting your birthday cracked by one of our members.

definitely not unheard of to change your birthday. they require you to scan your ID to them though if you need a bday crack i can hook you up.

can verify that this is not true. I've had my BD changed on accounts. It involves knowing the original one thoufh

I bought it to create a new main and I'd like the birthday changed so the original seller has no chance of getting back into it again. Even if I have to fax them an ID it's worth it (three letter RW account that's 16 months old for $10.)
