Not sure what to make of this....

I logged into an account that had 150 NC and went to the mall for a quick look... I exit by clicking on my inventory and suddenly the NC is gone?
I checked my closet, my SDB, my NC album, all nothing.

What even happened just now?

I think this has happened to me once before I had 150nc and was browsing and
it dissapered maybe it was expired? who knows if you want to get to the bottom of it

I'd submit a ticket. This has been happening to quite a few people from what I hear from friends on neo.

if it was your starter NC (the free NC you get on new accounts) it expires after a couple of months. You should also check your NC logs to make sure nobody bought anything on your account

That's weird then because I have those starter NC plus 150NC they usually give once in a while and my account is older than 5 months XD (Unless those extra 150 remove the expiration of the starter 150)

How strange! Definitely send in a ticket if you don't have any messages from TNT stating you bought something or check your inventory in the case that it had expired.

Has happened to me with unactive accounts. It might show the balance when you log in, browse and whatever, but once you reach the NC mall, if the neocash has expired it will just vanish.

Yes but you will get the amount converted into little shitty items like those NC foods lol so you can actually tell if it has expired. They also send you an email about it so check your email as well!

Really? It wasn't that long ago that I had a few accounts do it xD that's terrible! They should give you some sort of compensation for buying NC >___>
