No. The styling kit gives you access to the styling studio, but the item is consumed once you select the pet you want. It would produce a 'Nostalgic Grey Draik' NC wearable that can only be used on another Draik.

yall think its a wee bit safer to transfer the tokens between accounts now or should the same guidelines apply when we were trying to trade UC pets between accounts?

(from my experience) the Deluxe Styling Supplies kits function sort of like Dyeworks.

If you go to the studio, you're offered to use a kit on any type of pet you currently have on that account. From there, using the kit gives you one of the random UC skins currently available for that pet. Draik is darigan, faerie, and grey right now for instance. It lets you select the skin you want but it's still random to receive. If you're lucky, you get the one you want.

I THINK it's a random pull of color at least. That's what I'm gathering from the boards. I've used one kit, selected the color I wanted, and got that color on the first pull but I think I was just lucky.

That makes more sense. I was able to create a color of my choosing minutes ago, no issues.

Also my inventory is glitching so I can't see anything in it other than the studios.
