I went through the list (and scooped a lot of poop!), and these are the ones currently sleeping:

Not sure if this is the place to ask, but do you guys know how to unlock ryu's phrases?
I have a feeling mine is glitched but wanted to ask anyway.

Also i had babysitting off for three days to try to get the moonwalker scene but I didn't unlock it either (I tried feeding/playing with my ryu between 12-12:30 am).

I have a feeling something is glitched, too: No one seemed to have unlocked the Valentine's scene and paints in the later half of February. I have more than 1.5k poop scooped and haven't unlocked the pooper scooper user bar.

Do you have your timezone configured well on the forum? Otherwise I can only agree with @(you need an account to see links) and then we will have to wait patiently.

Yeah, even tried one hour before and after just in case, but nothing. I don't really mind though, just wanted to unlock cause it seemed easy
