I rebuilt a while back sort of. I managed to move the pets I cared about but losing those two accounts kind of removed my interest. Guess trying to bring them back was a last ditch effort.
You could always try submitting your ticket in another language!

If you want to try again, PM me and I'll help you write your ticket. I got an account back in December that had been frozen since 2009. They have the records, but something you wrote in your ticket may have made them not want to help you. It's awful customer service, but they can get away with it.

lol i had that happen once on my legit old side acc and they said they needed something of me, like my email idk but it was an msn so no way of retrieving that even tho it linked to my other acc and everything and when i finally remembered it wasnt the msn address but another one they already let my acc purge
